Chia Pudding

~~~CHIA PUDDING!~~
A cheap, easy and nutritious dessert. Chia seeds contain some omega-3′s :)
Serves 4
- 6 tbs chia seeds
- 250g punnet strawberries
- 2 cups light milk
- 60g blueberries
Pour milk in to a sealable container. Add blueberries and chia seeds. Cover with lid, and refrigerate for 1-2 days, until thick. Serve with strawberries on top.

Per serve: 187 calories, 10g protein, 12g carbohydrate, 8.5g fat, 10g fibre, 250mg calcium ($1.57 per serve as per August 2016).
