Thank you for considering to consult with Sportrition regarding nutrition advice! Erica will work with you to optimise your nutrition and ensure the advice provided is highly personalised. Erica will help you to achieve your personal goals, whether they are related to:

Dietary recommendations will be specific to, and vary between, competition, training and rest days (periodised nutrition). Recommendations will take into account your:
– lifestyle,
– medical conditions,
– current body composition,
– cooking skills,
– allergies/intolerances,
– medications,
– food likes and dislikes,
– budget.

There is plenty of time within the consult to ask questions and gain clarification around recommendations.

In addition to your initial consultation, Sportrition may suggest:  Body Composition Testing, in order to track and assess change over time. This is particularly useful for athletes in weight category sports.

Packages that provide an initial consult + meal plans + body composition testing and review consults are available at discounted rates. Packages run for either 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

If you are not Canberra based, Sportrition can provide you with Meal Plans Online. A referral from your GP is required for this online service.
